Shipping method will depend on the number of items ordered. Items are either sent via 1st class Recorded Mail or Business Post courier. Customers can usually expect their orders to arrive in 3 working days after we have despatched them. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7/10 days we will contact you by phone or email. Should you not be available to take delivery of your order, the courier will leave a card in order for you to arrange an alternative delivery time. The Courier will attempt to deliver to you twice, after which the parcel will be returned to us. Orders shipped using Royal Mail Recorded will have one attempt made only and a card will be left. Courier and Recorded items will be returned to us after 7 days have elapsed from the date the first delivery attempt is made. A further delivery charge will be payable in order for the goods to be re-sent. Returns You may return any item to us within 10 days of receipt. All goods returned must be in the original packaging (with all labels still attached), free from any marks and in re-saleable condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Therefore in order to ensure that your returns reach us safely we recommend using a Recorded form of post. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
