Definitions.
The company refers to Potts and Bench.
The buyer refers to the purchaser of the goods and services. |
| Summary.
The company only accepts orders subject to the terms and conditions of sale to the exclusion of any condition laid down by the buyer.
Payment.
Not withstanding delivery, the risk of goods and property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are paid for in full prior to despatch.
Prices.
Prices of goods and services supplied as of this date are correct but subject to market fluctuation and revision. Any overseas orders will be charged to the buyer at current exchange rates plus cost of transportation.The company has no control over exchange rates.
V.A.T.
The company's prices quoted include U.K. sales tax ( V.A.T.) at the current rate.
Fitness for Purpose.
The company are in no way liable for the purpose and fitment of the goods and services supplied to the buyer. The company has no control over the fitment suitability and method of their application or use. The company excludes any condition or warranty implied by statute or otherwise as to the fitness of its goods or any other particular whatsoever.
Liability.
The company's liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. The company shall be under no liability for any direct loss and / or expense or any indirect loss and / or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties cost incurred by the buyer. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for the quality and purpose of the goods supplied to the buyer or to a third party.
Returns.
Should you wish to return any item, we must be informed within 5 working days.
Refunds.
Refunds will be made after the goods have been checked and found complete and resaleable in good condition. Repayment will be made in the form of the original payment ie. by credit card, debit card or cheque less any delivery and / or collection charges. |
